How to Change Sender Email on PayPal Invoice?

While using the PayPal invoice tool, if you want to send as a different email address, you would need to promote one of your other verified addresses to primary. Then send the invoice.

How to Change Sender Email on PayPal Invoice?

  1. Login to your PayPal account and then click on Pay & Get paid.
  2. Click on the gear icon left side of the Create Invoice button. Then click Business Information.

  3. Here change the details which you want to appear on the invoice.
  4. You can change the sender’s email address and phone number of your PayPal invoice from there.

  5. Finally, click on Save.

How to Hide Sender Email on PayPal Invoice?

  1. Login to your PayPal account and then click on Pay & Get paid.
  2. Click on the gear icon left side of the Create Invoice button. Then click Business Information.
  3. Select Don’t Show on Invoices for phone and email.

  4. Finally, click on Save.

The sender’s email address for PayPal invoices is by default your primary account email address.¬†You can have up to 8 verified email addresses associated with your PayPal Account, and one of those addresses is designated as the primary account address.

If you want to keep your business information confidential then you can hide them on the invoice from the same option.

However, keep in mind that incomplete information on invoices can make it suspicious before customers.
